Jill Goodacre is a professional model, best known for her work with Victoria’s Secret. She was the first model to become a celebrity simply by appearing in the Victoria’s Secret catalog.
Her celebrity status led her to many other appearances including a 1994 guest spot on the television sitcom "Friends." She married singer and actor Harry Connick, Jr. in 1994 and has not modeled much since then.
She is the daughter of famous sculptor, Glenna Goodacre, who created the Vietnam Women’s Memorial statue for the Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial in Washington, D.C., as well as the portrait of Sacagawea for the U.S. dollar coin.
